Nominees Received:

Tiff Milner and Atlanta Rey
PO3 ATLANTA REY

There was no doubt in the crews minds when they voted this outstanding and creative Enlisted Officer PO3 Atlanta Rey as the Stargazer Chapter Enlisted Member of the Year 2016.

Her cheerful personality and motivational posting on the chapter Facebook page and her own page despite despite her continuing long term battle with Lupus, Atlanta has been involved in our Chapter affairs from when she first joined.

The role of "Counselor" on board the Stargazer was such a perfect fit for her and her motivating and uplifting posts are the mainstay of those dreary mornings.

In addition to being the Counselor for the Gazer, Atlanta also is an active member of the SFI Ladies Health Team initiative, and has given us much food for thought over the last year..

Outside of SFI, Altanta founded a Lupus Awareness group several years ago and today grows from strength to strength and it comes as no surprise that this support group has a phenomenal following.
